I think it might be Haarlem. Cafe Floryn is on the lange Veerstraat now, I’m looking into a bit more to see if they had cafes in other locations

Yeah this will require a local. To me, it does not say Amsterdam. Can you make anything out of the name in the back of the photo? A. van de ****? Perhaps they are still in the same location?
