Werfen Sie einfach einen Blick auf die Grafik: Die weltweite Akzeptanz von Elektrofahrzeugen steigt immer noch – im ersten Quartal 2025 wurden über 4 Millionen Einheiten verkauft, ein Anstieg von 35 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahr. Die IEA geht davon aus, dass bis Ende 2025 weltweit 20 Millionen Elektrofahrzeuge verkauft werden.

Yeah the US decided not to compete with China for manufacturing. It’s gonna fall off over time. China is where it’s at now for anyone actually planning to invest in the world economy. You can’t feed a family, power a home, or get to a job using Netflix.
It’s interesting that a subset of the world is selling more EVs than the world. Not sure how that math works out.
Also, what’s with the random colorbar that seems to be entirely unrelated to anything?
Given that coal still constitutes [~60% of their electricity generation](https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/electricity-prod-source-stacked?stackMode=relative&time=1985..2024&country=~CHN), that’s putting the cart before the horses…
