95% yes for the atm, 100% yes at a bank.

IIRC banks can exchange it if 51% and above of the bank note is available
I mean most shops won’t mind if you use it tho so idk why would you care
ATMs should accept it
The ATM doesn’t accept a note with one corner slightly folded, highly doubt it’ll accept a note that’s so ripped lol
I suggest just popping to the bank
Banks are obligated to change damaged currency.
Yeah you can literally slap a tiny bit of tape on it and you’re good to go
