Dieser Brunost scheint ein echter Ziegenartikel UND gesalzen zu sein! 🙀
Für eine Niere bei Schaller & Weber gekauft. Ich habe es noch nie irgendwo anders im Raum New York gesehen!

Woah! That’s awesome! I wasn’t aware there’s a separate export version of Tine Geitost, but yes, it looks identical to the one sold in Norway: https://oda.com/no/products/2305-tine-geitost-fg33/. Pretty cool.
Goat cheese has a sharper, more complex flavor and is definitely more of an acquired taste, but in my opinion it’s superior to the red version that’s made only from cow’s milk and cream.
How do you eat it ?
My favorites are waffle with brunost , jam and sour cream or on a rosinbolle dipped in coco .
