I got an electric standing desk about six months ago and have now ended up standing for about 80% of the day if not more. Some days I just forget to sit down all day.

I’m not sure if this study indicates that I would be better off if I regularly sat down.

But I never expected my habits to switch like that, I didn’t try. It just happened on its own.

I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t be fired for doing this. That’s a lot of breaks. Unfortunately, appearances matter more than productivity these days anyway.

    5. The study was titled, „Work Harder You Lazy Dogs“. And was published in the „Worker Exploitation Weekly“.
