Yes, reasonable thing to do. These killings are illegal, the UK doesn’t want to implicate itself in such actions so the intelligence can’t be shared.

I’d be very surprised if this was the first time since Trump came back to office that the UK intelligence services have refrained from sharing intelligence with such an unreliable administration. Who knows what will be shared with Putin in a private meeting, or Xi on a phonecall, or leaked to fox news.

Turns out the fishing community is an important part of the electorate in many countries…

      >The United Kingdom is no longer sharing intelligence with the US about suspected drug trafficking vessels in the Caribbean because it does not want to be complicit in US military strikes and believes the attacks are illegal, sources familiar with the matter told CNN.

      >The UK’s decision marks a significant break from its closest ally and intelligence sharing partner and underscores the growing skepticism over the legality of the US military’s campaign around Latin America.

The UK and US have the closest intelligences sharing relationship of any nation in history, the mutual trust required for this kind of arrangement is immense.

Yet Trump is risking all of it by putting Britain in a position where they don’t just have concerns about information confidentiality, but where they are now worried that sharing information might make them liable in international court.

    5. Based on what the Dutch said last month…I’m pretty sure the UK has also stopped Intel sharing with the States… beyond what’s happening with these Boat strikes.

    6. I’d imagine there will be a steady decline in cooperation with America. They’re no longer trustworthy allies.

    7. It’s cool. I’m sure murdering random fishmen is worth the hit to national security

The extra judicial murder now being perpetrated by this criminal administration will, one day, result in criminal prosecutions for those doing it…

In like 5 years a bunch of people will be in trouble for these which is why the UK is like “ok fuck this we out”

Good, nobody should be helping us, the “facts” don’t even have big public support in America.

    12. Your ridiculous Supreme Court seems to have given the President permission to do what he wants without repercussions but I doubt that extends to his officials. I sure hope we get to see Hegseth and any other complicit officials tried for murder and thrown in jail for a long time.

Security and international risk not worth it. Another step in destabilising the western spy network for a certain dictator in Russia.

Good, the US doesnt need UK Intel. Stop trying to traffic drugs into the US by sea and you wont die, simple as that. „Wah wah wah thats illegal“ yeah, so is trafficking drugs into the US.

Came out recently that Holland has suspended intelligence cooperation too with the U.S due to concerns over the politicization of intelligence, human rights, and political developments under the Trump admin
