      Don’t get too excited – let’s see how it is actually implemented.

      Unless there are heavy fines with police attending to calls or the owners numbers on 24/7 to complain, it is useless

      Similarly – will there even be any consequence for bad behaviors eg running up and down stairs at midnight , leaving common entrance doors open etc

    3. How about we get rid of short term lets? Since when does that benefit anyone besides a very small minority that evades taxation, disrupt all of the neighbors, over use services that are there for residents?

    4. I’d happily see Air BnB and other short lets banned totally but lets be honest, new rules is not really what we need to deal with noise and garbage. We have laws to deal with those issues, but they are not enforced.

      Who’s to say these changes will be actually be enforced.

    5. It needs to be a condominium decision if they should allow an appartment to go on short let or not, otherwise let it long term
