More data is always good of course but you can safely point at just about any sea creature and rest assured that it is being destroyed as bycatch. The number of sharks killed is absolutely sobering and losing these animals will have cascading effects on ocean population health.

Johnny Harris just put out a video on “hidden areas of the ocean” and China is absolutely DESTROYING the ocean life.
They have insanely huge fishing outposts that are just killing and collecting EVERYTHING. It’s terrible
