    1. She’s died… But he’s been charged with attempted murder…

I’m hoping that’s just a timing thing before the charges are upgraded to actual murder.

„Djeison Rafael“ How are we pronouncing that? I genuinely have no idea.

    3. There are no real words. I’d be so angry if I were her loved one. A person’s life, just stolen from them for no reason.

Between this and the Oldham murder, we really need details.

I refuse to accept „mental illness“ as the rationale for all these murders.
And I’m fed up of people pointing at line graphs saying „you don’t need to worry about random knife attacks because overall knife crime is going down“. Here’s a novel idea, let’s split knife crime out into „teen drug dealers stabbing each other“ and „random people getting butchered in the street“?

My sincere condolences to the family. Having said that, We really need to start addressing this crisis called “Mental health”. If not, sadly this would be a recurring theme. 😔

Getting randomly stabbed to death in the street has Always Been Part Of Life In Britain

I thought I might have misremembered the woman’s age, but this is the second one to happen recently, the other woman was 19.

Why are media outlets refusing to show his face in either the thumbnail or anywhere in the article?

    9. > She wrote on X: „I am shocked to hear a woman was stabbed in Birmingham in an unprovoked attack.

It’s not that shocking though is it. Was more shocked to hear Man Utd have went 5 games without defeat.

Stabbing in birmingham, rain in glasgow and hearing Welsh in Cardiff. The bookies wouldnt pay out much for that combo

We need to do something. This should not be happening on the streets of the UK. This government keep trying to brush everything under the carpet. All these attacks on women unprovoked.

    11. Where she got stabbed is near the underpass where there are often homeless people camping out. It’s dark and dirty, but you have to walk through it if coming from Moor St station to go to the main station or Bullring etc. I’ve always hated walking through that but used to do it on a daily. Then the bus stop right there always has crazy people hanging out there, I don’t know how many times I’ve been yelled at or cat called or whatever on that exact spot.

Feel so awful for the poor woman and her family, have their whole lives ruined by this random senseless attack. Hope he rots in prison and dies there.

Not all men. But always a man.

Poor poor woman, I hope her family are getting support. What the fuck is going on.

    13. „Djeison Rafael, 21, is accused of the attack outside the Bullring shopping centre, and is also charged with two counts of assault and possession of a blade.“

    14. This shouldn’t be happening in 21st century Britain but is happening every single day. RIP to this poor woman who was going about living her life for it to be stolen in an act of savagery. The government, Police and all Law Systems have blood on their hands for this repeatedly being allowed to happen. At this point, put the army on the ground of every major city as police cannot do a thing to prevent these daily Murders.

Need to start thinking about how much time you do in jail for possession of a knife
