Chernivtsi, a city that was important in the history of both Ukrainians and Romanians
Chernivtsi is a city in Western Ukraine, but has a historically-important Romanian community (even though the Soviets basically destroyed it)
Didn’t Romanians write in cyrillic until the 19th century?
