Meine Nachbarn haben also dieses Licht, das meistens an ist und lange an bleibt, also nicht nur 5 Minuten. Ich habe noch keinen Moment bemerkt, in dem es wieder ausgeschaltet wurde. Zählt das nicht zur Lichtverschmutzung und ist das überhaupt legal?

Have you talked to them and informed them about the effect it has on you?
I have a company on the other side of the street, where some moron regularily forgets to turn off the light. I’ve just glued a piece of cartoon on my window, blocking that part of light that was landing on my head through the holes in the window blinds. Problem solved in ugly but effective way.
Put a big mirror in your window and align it so that the light hits him back 🙂
Print off these 2 photos with a note that explains it affects your home, they could easily install something to shield the top of the light so it doesn’t shine upwards as much and hopefully they’ll respond to a gentle note.
