Not sure. Usually this is a dish served as „English Breakfast“.

I’d say the bacon style and the eggs, bacon, toast layout. That’s considered typical American breakfast.
It had to fit the stock photo they bought.
Must be mistaken for English breakfast.
Orange Juice, Eggs, Bacon and Toast.

It’s made of plastic, American style, instead of real ingredients.
Salad instantly makes it not American.
I can only imagine it comes with bullet casings and red, white, and blue swastikas on the coasters.
You’d need the IQ of an average American to buy breakfast in an airport.
