It’s amazing that American judiciary still manages to function somewhat independently even after the brain dead American voters elected a criminal who lead a fascist coup against their country and gave his party a trifecta.
But despite 77 million imbeciles giving fascists complete control over the state, the courts managed to retain their independence and continued to rule according to law. You should pary they can keep this up under all the pressure.
Judges seem to have a lot more courage than MAGA senators
