A series of explosions rocked Pavlograd. As mentioned a chemical plant seem to have been the main target
Facilities in Kremenchuk, Chernigov, Kiev, and the Dnepropetrovsk region were also damaged.
Power outages have been imposed in several regions of Ukraine.
In Kharkov, the Zmievskaya Thermal Power Plant was damaged, shutting down the metro.
In Dnepropetrovsk, the Prydniprovska Thermal Power Plant was hit, causing power and water outages in the city.
Around 20 explosions were heard near the Kremenchuk Hydroelectric Power Plant.
Gas production facilities were damaged in the Poltava region.
Two military airfields were also hit.
