A big reason why people are feeling unsafe due to immigrants is our media.
As for violent crime reporting, if the nationality of the perpetrator is mentioned, 95% of the time he is of foreign nationality.
However, foreigners only commit ~33% of violent crime.
Of course people get scared of immigrants if the media tells them over and over again that all violent crime is committed by them, even though it is not true.
Also, looking at the graph *where* people feel unsafe, people feel the safest in big cities, were usually the most immigrants live.
That also tracks with voting behaviour, where rural people that have zero contact with immigrants or asylum seekers are voting disproportionally against them.
Scared of the unknown or something.

Christmas will be very safe with barricades and police patrols. Just wear knife proof vest and don’t go out when is dark.
