No frigging way. I found Copenhagen to be the least stressful and easy going city in my life. If Dublin scrotes existed in Copenhagen, the would have to create international logistics company for transferring stolen bikes. Crap I left my laptop on a bench and got a call from a person that found it and she absolutely refused to accept any gratification in return so at least she accepted a coffee. Even then she told me about nearest points of interest. Cmon. I refuse to accept that Copenhagen changed that much.
Dubai finishes above Berlin, Barcelona and Sydney. Definitely all about the craic.
Top 5 is pretty solid, but the inclusion of Dubai in the top 10 invalidates the entire exercise.
Dublin, for all its flaws, is more enjoyable than Copenhagen. Now I’d probably prefer Copenhagen if I wanted to live someone on a middle income, but that doesn’t make it exciting.

Looking at the list from 33 to 100 I suspect whoever came up with the list doesnt travel a lot. There are at least another 33 that are better in every way (as a tourist and certainly to live in) than Dublin.

I’d put Copenhagen ahead of Dublin. On the other hand, I’d put most of the cities listed from 1-32 behind both of them.
Copenhagen is an incredible city, I’ve been a few times and would like to go again. People are very happy, looked after, well off, beautiful, and super friendly.

To anyone who has been in both the cities, they know that this stat is bullshit. Even on the most basic thing, Copenhagen has slow and fast cycling lanes. Dublin has car parking on bike lanes. There’s absolutely no way Dublin is better than Copenhagen.
Yank here with my unsolicited opinion. But I’ve lived all over the planet, on 4 different continents and been to 6 different ones for extended periods.
I’ve lived in NYC and London, neither beat Tokyo, where I’ve also lived.
And Tokyo doesn’t beat Fukuoka, where I’ve also lived.
I’ve never been to Paris because a Parisian exchange girl made fun of my French in high school.
Also Los Angeles is literally a shit hole and it’s not even a top 50 city in America, so it belongs nowhere on a list like this, let alone 12th and above Seoul.
Beijing’s Shanghai, and Toronto should all be right behind Tokyo and above everything else listed so far.
Istanbul sucks. Bangkok is fun in like a micro dose but sucks.
Oslo and Stockholm should skyrocket up the list to around where Toronto is.
Miami isn’t even the best city in Florida and San Francisco is a literal shit hole.
Mexico City is a shit hole.
Copenhagen should be above Toronto, amazing place.
Chicago is the best American city in the list so far. Absolutely awesome place and would be right up there with Toronto.
Warsaw, Hamburg, and Shenzen are all pretty awesome.
Montreal is hit or miss.
Brussels is fucking amazing.
Riyadh is fucking Riyadh. Like absolute fucking shit hole unless you’re there on KSA’s dime. You can’t have fun there and women are pets.
