Well, Georgia is doing a pretty good job of obstructing itself.

Not Georgia itself and, especially, not the Georgian people, but the contemporary Georgian government accuses Ukraine. That’s not the same

Well two things can be true at the same time:
Zelensky singed a document sanctioning Georgian politicians, which from the international perspective acted against Georgia.
But also Zelensky has come out and said in front of the whole world that if EU doesn’t secure Moldova, the same thing will happen to it as happened to Belarus and Georgia???? Anyone with a single thought in their head knows that we are definitely not in the same position as Belarus. He also said and I quote “we have lost Georgia”.
My conclusion from this was that Zelensky signed in favor of the sanctions, but whether he did it because he cared for Georgians or to promote himself, we don’t know. The reason for such speculation is very clear imo. Ukraine itself is not part of EU, I don’t know what right does the president of a country have to disprove candidates for an organization that the country itself is not part of.
