Ich habe eine Benachrichtigung von Google erhalten, dass meine Informationen als Teil der Datenbank der vietnamesischen Reisebranche im Dark Web durchgesickert sind.
Ich folge der Empfehlung von Google, meine E-Mails zu schützen, frage mich aber, ob ich etwas tun oder irgendwo hier in München informieren sollte.

To my knowledge there is nobody you can inform right now, but definitely keep the information about you being part of the leak / breach in case somebody steals your identity and you get court cases against you because of that.
You can do nothing, and you do not need to do anything, either. Except for the date of birth, most of this information is easy to get anyway. You just have to expect these leaks, they are extremely common.
If there is a leak containing a password, you need to change that password. As long as you used different passwords for every account (as you should), that is all you have to do. If you reuse passwords, though, such a leak could be trouble, and you would have to immediately get a password manager to fix this and change every account to a unique password.
This is not the case here, though, as there was no password leaked. So there is nothing at all you have to do. I do not know exactly what you mean by “protecting your email”, but if you changed your Google password, that was not needed.
