    Clearly this Mystery Shopper Ltd company are only bothered about the bottom line, and not about the service provided.

    I mean, it’s effectively a scam, obviously the data gathered is not going to be reliable. There are so many nuances which will be missed.

  2. I think lived experience is really important when gathering this kind of data, of course, everyone will have different experiences individually, but there are some common themes Which pretending to be Disabled might not pick up on.

    This just seems absolutely insane, and reminds me of the episode of The Thick Of It where they use the focus group where the person who seemingly represents everyone there is actually an actor who also gets paid to pretend to be an average person for focus groups because they don’t get enough normal people.
