NYPD crime stoppers initially released photos of the actual suspect. He matches the surveillance footage of the shooting perfectly. You don’t see these photos anymore. Why?

He did it no doubt. Healthcare CEO wasn’t really that popular and there wasn’t any reason for it to be some symbolic planned event.
I don’t know if it was the reporting making everything sound suspicious, but between that, the apparent mishandling of evidence by the nypd, and the communication the prosecution had with media outlets I think Luigi is the fall guy.
I’m not sure if it’s him in the picture but I don’t understand why they like to show pictures of people not committing a crime to prove they are guilty of a crime committed somewhere else by someone wearing something different.

I think the real danger of facial recognition is that it’s the perfect tool for finding your scapegoat. You can commit any crime you want as long as you can find a scapegoat that looks like the guy that you’re going to send to commit the crime. In fact you can probably find a hundred scapegoats and then choose from them one that has a good backstory, like some back surgery that would give him reason to hate the insurance industry, and who spends his time doing things that won’t provide him with an alibi.
When the police found the backpack and then claimed it was full of monopoly money, what if it actually had all of the evidence in it, but they kept the evidence to plant on their scapegoat?
Tyler might be getting framed. But Luigi is a CIA agent that was forced to go buy a coffee with a gun in a backpack to keep billionaires from fleeing a county unable to keep them safe in the most surveilled city we have.
I believe that it is possible that they are being framed by coercion.
They either have something very serious on them or are threatening them with something worse than going down for murder.
I do not believe that Luigi did it.

Look into Point Jupiter, the tech company (almost certainly USAID funded) that provided McDonalds the kiosk facial recognition software used to “identify” him. They wiped their site clean after the shooting, but you can still find it with wayback.
