Nah it’ll be a crisis when two more do it. If Poilievre can’t win his own seat or keep caucus together it won’t be looking good for him. Harper lost a few floor crossers but it didn’t hurt him.
He crossed because he wanted a shot at becoming speaker and getting a fat pay increase, I don’t believe someone who 40 days ago was publicly attacking the liberals all of a sudden changed his mind because of a budget that outside of defence spending is basically exactly the same as a Trudeau budget and who has been perfectly fine with Pierres style for 3 years
I am surprised it hasnt happened more tbh. But do we really need two or three right wing parties anyways? Just make one big one. Or eliminating parties altogether is a much better idea. Their purpose doesn’t serve the people imo
I think Poilievre will still hang on until the leadership review, even if more MP cross the floor. The guy has no shame.
