Except they are participating as individual members, not a member economy or state.
No formal reason why Korea should send high-ranking central government delegations to greet them at the plane.
They’re just insecure about S.Korea rebuilding the diplomatic ties with China.
Extremely odd thing to complain about because on one hand, Taiwanese media noted how the South Korean host used the ROC flag to introduce the Taiwanese representative right in front of the Chinese delegation.
Okay, but if you were S. Korea what would you do. I rest my case.
