Great news.
Well, clearly they could do with the extra resiliency.
320 Terabits per second. That’s a lot.
And when the Russians decide to cut it because they don’t buy into our “neutrality” BS (a convenient excuse to not fund our navy/army/air force) our mothballed navy ships might be able to spare one speed boat to try and chase the saboteurs away.
