Given that most of those „European immigrants“ would be OCIs with British citizenship (I imagine?), why would there be more in Bihar than in Punjab or Gujarat?

Considering this caps out at a somewhat arbitrary 50,000, it would surely be more useful to depict what percentage of the total population American and European immigrants make up in each of these states.
