I cannot wrap my head around how absolutely anybody could think absolutely any foreign jurisdiction running a public facing influence campaign in the United States explicitly against the policies of the then present administration under absolutely any President was going to be perceived as anything other than a provocation.
Although the funniest thing about the Ontario one was hearing the Wall Street Journal podcast signing its praises as an excellent ad. The Wall Street Journal being the last people on earth MAGA is listening to.
