Sowjetunion – Industrie und Ausmaß der deutschen Besatzung (Time Magazine, November 1941)

I find it interesting that while the map shows the Hungarian annexation of Northern Transylvania from Romania, it ignores other official changes of state borders, such as the annexation of most of Western Thrace by Bulgaria (only leaving the so-called Evros Zone, under German military administration, officially still sovereign territory of the Greek State). I am curious whether this stems from the mapmaker being partial or just mistaken.
