Es ist lediglich eine Möglichkeit zu beweisen, dass Sie ein Mensch sind, ohne Ihren Namen, Ihren Ausweis oder andere persönliche Informationen preiszugeben.
Persönlich sehe ich den Vorteil. Da KI-Bots alles überschwemmen, könnte es nützlich sein, eine Möglichkeit zu haben, zu zeigen, dass man eine echte Person ist. Der springende Punkt ist, etwas zu schaffen, das gerechter und globaler ist. Ja, es ist neu und ein bisschen seltsam, aber das ist heute alles so.
Ich bin gespannt, warum einige von Ihnen starke Einwände dagegen haben. Was ist zum Beispiel die Hauptsorge? Geben Sie Ihre Daten weiter? Das machen Sie schon seit Jahren. Datenschutz? Kontrolle? Ich möchte es einfach besser verstehen und vielleicht einen Mittelweg finden. Danke

Any device that proves you are human to a machine requires any biometrics to be converted to data. If you get man-in-the-middle, or can fake that data, then… what’s the point. I imagine the systems they built for it use testing hooks/mocks. You just gotta hook in somewhere else in the chain. It’s a chicken/egg problem.
Is your retina not something personal? Quite a bit more than your name, really.
If someone steals your retinal data or sells it, what is your recourse? If you steal my password I can just change it.
I would consider an eye scan far more personal than name or ID. A scan of your personal body part is converted to digital data and saved, what could possibly be more personal than that?
I agree that we need a way to identify humans in a world overrun by bots.
Can we do this in a way that keeps our data safe? Probably not should we try anyway? What would happen if we don’t try?
