Moscow can’t even protect Moscow how are they going to project power again?
If the full Russian military and equipment is struggling with their “special operation” in Ukraine, which is in its own backyard and operated by Russia, the only reason Venezuela would want the equipment is because something is better than nothing???

Why do so many countries around the world have such delusional perceptions of Russian military ability? It takes a quick Google to learn that Russia has always, even when it was the USSR, has been a regional power and not a global one. It has virtually no ability to do anything in this situation, the US navy would eat it alive if they attempted to send anything, even the British or French navy would.

He also asked for overhauls of eight engines and five radars as well as unspecified “logistical support.””
That’s all? I don’t even think Russia can afford to give them camels or motorcycles let alone all this.
