      The state isn’t incorrect. 2 judges have ruled that the federal government *must* make the funds it has available, as the emergency funds account is for this possibility.

      Snap has been funded in previous shutdowns. It’s not funded now because Trump wants to directly hurt Americans and their children.

      Trump ignored and fed America covid disinformation because he wanted to hurt Americans and their children- 1million + died.

      He wants to hurt Americans. He has and wants to continue killing Americans.
