      Yet nothing will be done and nothing ever changes. I am so sick of the apathy to animal welfare in this country.

      There also will never be any control on fireworks while they are still being bought easily over the border.

      This country is full of blood thirsty psychopaths like this. What I would do to see this country finally start jailing them. You don’t fix the savages that do this, they need to stay locked up!

      I still cannot understand why it’s apparently impossible to police people who are doing something that is meant to be illegal and creates a lot of noise and visuals
