      Even when the UK was in the EU going to the UK was annoying as hell with biometrics and shit. So this feels about right.

      Greenlanders are literally Danish Citizens with a Danish passport.

      It should be coloured blue as well.

      What’s the reason beyond „duh, Brexit“ , is the passport not ready / compatible? I doubt they put in hindrances out of spite…

      Within the UK, EU passports can use the e-gates with no problem, also leaving the EU in other EU countries to go to the UK is also possible, so it seems this is not due to a UK policy but a lack of updated systems on the German/EU side.

      It still baffles me how stupid people are so vulnerable to lies from Farage and other assholes.

      Like the slogan on the bus itself can’t be made real because that’s not how it works. Lucky for British people, stupidity in the USA still tops them.

      I never voted for brexit, nor am I for it, but how come America, Canada, Brazil and Australia can use them then?

      Isn‘t Greenlands passport basically a passport of Denmark? And why Australians but not british?

      To be fair (and I am not for Brexit and anybody who voted for it and is still for it is an idiot, racist or somewhat doing well out of it), I believe it will change soon as Starmer has reached an agreement?

      I believe it is rolling out. Charles de Gaulle’s Brits can use the E-Gates, for example.

      The funniest thing when I went to Spain, was the one customs officer they paid to just stand at the start of the customs line and yell, on repeat “BRITISH PASSPORT THIS WAY!”

      Turns out, the idiots that voted for Brexit also like to spend time in Spain and didn’t realise that leaving the EU had consequences for them

      It’s the same everywhere in Europe. If you drive to France, since October you now have to give biometric details. Thank Brexit for this.

      This has been a thing in basically every EU airport I’ve been in since Brexit? Not sure what the news is here.
