Nancy Mace, the South Carolina Republican congresswoman, unleashed a tirade against law enforcement at the Charleston International Airport on Thursday, WIRED has learned.

According to an incident report obtained by WIRED under South Carolina’s Freedom of Information Act, [Mace](https://www.wired.com/story/nancy-mace-former-staff-burner-accounts/) cursed at police officers, making repeated derogatory comments toward them. The report says that a [Transportation Security Administration](https://www.wired.com/story/shutdown-pushing-air-safety-workers/) (TSA) supervisor told officers that Mace had treated their staff similarly, and that they would be reporting her to their superiors.

Amazing that she avoids arrest. Any random passenger acting that way in an airport would be handcuffed and on a no fly list.

      >‘this is no way to treat a fucking US Representative’

Ah; I was wondering what form, „don’t you know who I am?“ would take in this narcissist hissy fit.

It would be a career-ending move, but how glorious would it be to be a cop/TSA official and treat her like you would anyone else in this situation?

Cuff her, frog march her, and detain her.

And hey, maybe put her on a 72-hour psychiatric hold? She’s not doing anything else at the moment, and maybe a diagnosis for her own good would be good for America as well?

    5. >At an airport in South Carolina on Thursday, representative Nancy Mace called police officers “fucking incompetent” and berated them repeatedly, according to an incident report.

Way to ‚back the blue‘ there, Nancy.

She is completely unhinged. Her behaviour over the past two years just gets worse and worse.

      > “Any other person in the airport acting and talking the way she did, our department would have been dispatch (sic) and we would have addressed the behavior,” the incident report concludes.

These people should not be given a pass.

Any normal person acting the way she did would be slapped on the no fly list.

GOP once again showing how they feel about LEOs and federal employees(TSA in this case).

LEOs they don’t respect you and will throw you under the bus when convenient.

      From the incident report:

“Any other person in the airport acting and talking the way she did, our department would have been dispatch (sic) and we would have addressed the behavior.”

Pretty wild when the incident report acknowledges special treatment.

Kangaroos hop and Nancy Maces goes on tirades, really nothing confusing about it.

She’s gonna move onto a military base now because she doesn’t feel safe among the public.

The US House of Representatives Lockout, perpetrated by Republican Speaker Mike Johnson, has released these Republican rep. malcontents onto the streets and airports of our nation, where they lash out and flail wildly in dramatic, erratic ways. Without structure and supervision, they become a menace on our society.

Speaker Johnson, its October 31, do you know where your House Republican majority caucus members are?

Cause of her meltdown, from the article:

*According to the report, officers with the Charleston County Aviation Authority Police Department were tasked with meeting Mace at 6:30 am to escort her from the curb to her flight, and had been told that she would be arriving in a white BMW at the ticketing curb area. Around 6:35, the report says, they were told she was running late; they never saw the car arrive.*

When they found her, she went into her tirade about their incompentence.

This is the trickle-down effect Regan was talking about. This republican behavior example is set all the way at the top.

    14. If she wasn’t a US rep, she would never have made it on the plane with her behavior based on various airport videos I’ve seen over the years. She’s yet another political embarrassment that the US population has to endure.

Did the cops ask her when she was going to have a town hall?

      She hates that.

    16. Given the you’d “never treat Tim Scott like this” reference, these officers were likely black, making this a racist tirade, not just an anti-cop tirade. Shocking, I know.

Hmm, sounds like Rep. Mace could learn a thing or two about acting more ladylike. She should take some pointers from Rep. McBride.

      >“The entire walk to gate B-8 she was cursing and complaining and often doing the same into her phone,” an officer writes in the report

I’m gonna take a wild guess that she continued cursing and complaining for the entire flight, her ride home, the next day, etc.

    19. Is this because Nancy Mace is an asshole or because our cops are illiterate and untrained? Which side am I supposed to take here, or am I supposed to just hate everything about our timeline?

Honestly I’m just pissed my dad voted for Reagan twice and died in 2013. Fuck you, dad.

How about no more trusted traveler short line?

Which would happen if a Democrat did this with the current maga administration.
