Muss ich mir wegen dieser Spinnen (es handelt sich um verschiedene Arten) bei mir zu Hause in München Sorgen machen? Ich habe in den letzten Monaten mehrere davon gesehen.

Those are just some spiders. They seek warmth, which is why they may crawl in from the cellar or through windows.
Without looking at the pictures to thoroughly, one can still say that spiders in Germany are absolutely harmless and that there is not really any reason to worry just because you see a couple.

Germany does not have any lethally dangerous spiders. At most, a spider may give you a painful bite. I can’t tell exactly what the first spider is but it’s not one of the more dangerous spiders. The second is a jumping spider, which are completely harmless. In general, spiders in Germany will leave you alone if you leave them alone.
The only threat here is, respectfully, your arachnophobia.
The occasional spider in my flat catches other insects which are more invasive and annoying.
A limited number of spiders is beneficial in that way.
Well if you really see a cause for worry then just use some bug spray or call professionals to come check

I leave the spider bro’s alone. They find the other pests that come in and eat them.

The second one looks like a jumping spider. They love to play fetch.
They come into the house when it gets colder. I don’t like spiders but I think the smaller ones are cute. They get to stay. Most of them are in my kitchen where they eat the fruitflys. They are completely harmless, chill little guys.
There are no spiders in Germany to worry about. They are all harmless
Seasonable event. Not venomous. You can ignore them.
