So just to be clear, it means the user has deactivated the speed control/limit (or bought a unit without such limit to begin with), it doesn’t mean the scooter could actually drive at 110km/h with a human on it. In this test bench there’s non wind resistance and very little rolling resistance, it’s just the rear wheel turning somewhat freely.

      Not defending this or anything, I think those scooters are mostly horrible on the street for the simple reason that you have very little control on them and braking hard is almost impossible because it will have you go over the bars just because of the weight distribution.

      I doubt this is even real world applicable. Maybe if the roller had resistance to simulate a real ride but I doubt it does. Police just need to prove the throttle is unrestricted.
