Teams up.. more like, if you dont comply you’ll lose every contract and we’ll go with your competition.
There are companies that go out of business when they lose a contract with the Pentagon.. I’d assume for Elon Musk, having issues with them would be ultra bad for SpaceX.. and I dont think they’d stop using their services, they’d simply find a way to replace Elon Musk from his own company if the alternatives are all shit.
Finally, I’d say that the EU should have sanctioned Starlink and any other company that uses the EU market for sales that has helped Russia in combat. I know Musk is being famous for being neutral except he’s only neutral in his head, he’s anything but.. he just wants the profit for SpaceX.. thats all Starlink is about, to help make profit for SpaceX.

The interview was with Plumb on the “War on the Rocks” podcast a week or so ago.
He said more or less “SpaceX has done everything we asked them to do”
