It is not just about killing game it is the practices on wild land that have to be considered as well.

The UK parliament give no fucks about what the people want and only care about furthering surveillance so this reaching parliament means nothing.
God we had this years ago. All scientific research revealed no correlation between violent games and violent tendencies.
I just want to point out this article is over a month old
It’s an interesting petition (I say as someone who’s worked on games that now just ain’t accessible at all) but the actual technical nuance of it is pretty heavy, especially with online games, especially ones using proprietary tech.
I have 0 faith in MPs who don’t know what a VPN is to be able to understand this at all.
As is the fate of all petitions in our ‚Democracy‘, it will be a no. They will say something like „There are no current plans to change xyz“. The usual waffle.
