Ich habe gehört, dass man einen Führerschein braucht, um sich für diese geteilten Roller anzumelden, aber ich sehe immer wieder zwei oder drei Studenten, die zusammen auf einem Roller auf den Straßen fahren. Es liegen so viele dieser Motorroller auf der Straße herum, dass ich beim Gehen kaum noch etwas erkennen kann.

Legislation has been lagging greatly, and there is currently no way to effectively enforce license requirements onto the service operators. For them it’s easy money so it’s incredibly easy for minors to use them unfortunately.
There is also a bit of a conflict of interest with some lawmakers too, but knowing r/korea it would be taken as me showing my political deficiencies
I honestly take my time to move them, I don’t care if I look weird. But yeah, it’s bad.
Sigh~ That really sucks! I am so shocked to see those scooters and uncivilized manners by Korean. As a Korean, I am so ashamed of those behaviors. It needs to be corrected asap. It is a nightmare to me.
