What does the index measure here and how? Its ridiculous to suggest that the UK has „less“ rule of law than Germany, Ireland, etc., especially when the greater part of the commercial world chooses the UK to adjudicate its disputes precisely because of its historical „rule of law“ strength

The strict adherence to the rule of law is a huge part of Western thought pattern and how it differs from the East where strict law following is seen as too narrow minded and doesn’t allow for nuance and complexity to shine through.
