    1. > „Every time I do an interview, it’s mentioned,“ Janssen tells Entertainment Weekly. (We acknowledge that we, too, asked her about Jean Grey.) „It’s interesting. I didn’t realize that was such a big part. Every interview I do, that will come up, and of everything I say, that is going to be the only thing that’s gonna be printed.“

      > When asked if Marvel ever asked her to reprise Jean after that Fox era of movies, the actress replied, „Never. Never ever.“

    2. They didn’t need to. Scarlet witch became the MCUs Jean Grey / Dark Phoenix

do they have any recent photos of her?

she seems lost in the bad part of the uncanny valley.

as a kid/teen I would watch X2 over and over and over again. one of the main reasons was for her!

They had her at the end of Days of Future Past..??. What more do you want? She’ll make a cameo if they get the whole gang back together in secret wars.

    6. With good reason.

Back in the comic book world – Jean Grey and Cyclops were the heart of the X-men. The MCU has never been able to translate that to screen. They had better chemistry between wolverine and Jean Grey than they ever did with cyclops.

I’ve liked Famke on TV in Star Trek but she fell flat in the X-men. Cyclops/James Marsden more so. Zero chemistry.

The parts were poorly written and poorly casted and frankly, poorly acted.

She’s great in some stuff but no reason to reprise her in this.

It was kinda bland but so much of that era was. Don’t mean I don’t really appreciate that era when we had so little

I was never into the Jean character. Her and Cyclops were such downers.
