      St. Helena, Jersey, Guersey, Diego Garcia, the falklands, Virgin Islands (us and uk), Cayman Islands islands. South Georgia, etc… the northern Marianas are left undone and etc…

      Sudan really? If that is the case I assume other African countries like Ghana and Nigeria should be included

      I’ve struggled to communicate with many Guyanese English speakers. The accent/dialect is almost unintelligible, and I’m accustomed to interacting with a diverse group of people in New York.

      Shame. They should all he speaking diverged forms at this point. Standardized languages have done so much harm

      Sudan has a 60% litteracy rate I doubt they speak English on top of not knowing how to write their own language

      Norway stands out in Europe. But having spent a couple weeks there traveling through much of the country, everybody did seem to know English so it rings true.

    9. Bro i’m not sure if 90% of sudanese (both south and north) are even literate, let alone speak a foreign language

      Can speak or is their first / primary language?

      Definitely more than 90% of Canadians can speak English

    11. Remove Singapore, majority can speak Singlish but nowhere near 90% can speak english
