These „drug“ chemicals like can be used to make both legal and illegal drugs.
It’s also quite the interesting timing of Canada releasing this info now even though this seizure happened in May.

So the majority of the seized load is a schedule VI controlled substance which carry a MAX sentence of 10 years or 18 months for summary offences.
Seems really low for the potential harm it could have caused.
Most of the ingredients for Fent come into the US from China legally and are exported to Mexico before being cooked in garages and then smuggled back into the USA
