Can confirm. They “manage” my estate and they’re nothing but a legalised racket. Collect a fee (that goes up every year) and do absolutely fuck all. God forbid you don’t pay their invoice exactly on time or they’ll slap you with admin fees and make up some bollocks about being entitled to take them because of covenants on the house.
At least the mob knows they’re the bad guys. This lot are thieving cunts who think they’re the good ones.
For reference, even some big (social) Housing Associations are pretty grim in this respect when it comes to leasehold. Far too much soft touch regulation.
