The amount of aid money Africa has received over the decades and the continent is still a perpetual basket case.
The UN has been trying to fix Darfur for at least 20 years since I was in high school, they are utterly incapable of fixing a two piece puzzle let alone any situation of any level of complication. They are an embarrassment to what could’ve been a great thing.
So they need about just $100m, the rest will be lost to corruption.
Don’t worry, in a couple of weeks we can watch this play out in America as well.
