    Was ist die schwarze Farbe? Wird es schlecht? Laut Verpackung sind keine zusätzlichen Gewürze enthalten

      Ground beef browns when it interacts with air (oxidization). As long as it isn’t expired and you refrigerated it properly, it’s safe to cook and eat. Signs of bad meat would be it becoming slimy or stinking.

      Also, the packaging says it’s spiced. But that doesn’t look like it would be from spices.

    2. Packaging says it is spiced could be pepper but it really looks weird as long as it doesn’t smell sour I think it is good to eat

    3. If beef does not get any oxygen, it can turn dark. This also happens with expensive fresh beef from the butcher. No problem.
