That’s awesome! Not sure I could do it. (And I can’t do it because I have growths/lesions on my kidneys.)

Better off donating to a stranger than a friend like Selena Gomez.

He is a very nice man. I was at dance camp with him and his family a few years ago, but I didn’t know who he was because I’m apparently dumb. He was fun to talk to, and I am not surprised to hear this. Of course I don’t know him well, but he seemed kind.

Hey, say what you will about his acting or whatever, but that’s the gesture of a good person right there. My mother in law donated to basically a stranger (a friend of a friend) and gave him a little over 15 years to see his daughter get married and meet his grandkids. One of those gifts you can’t put a price on.

As someone who’s a recipient of a kidney transplant, it is lovely to see. He’s saving a life—or at least giving whoever’s receiving it, a pretty big extension to their lives.

Seems incredibly reckless. Now he’s a kidney issue away from dying.

A friend of mine who lost his wife to cancer almost immediately donated a kidney after her death. To a stranger. With no real benefit to him. He is the best person I know ❤️

I get that these peoples lives are lived through the tabloids and social media but what’s the point of announcing it to the world? Why not just privately perform a good deed without having to look for public praise?

Well that’s a shock. That’s spectacular. I actually have considered it and am still on the blood marrow donation list. I think my health issues may preclude me donating any kidney tho.

Plot twist. Its not his kidney. He’s just got „a guy“ that know how to get things.
