      Better pay some bonuses to the management level, maybe that’ll fix the situation.

      I used to love Finnair, but my last two experiences have turned me off of them for the foreseeable future. I am still fighting an EU261 claim they wrongly denied.

      I think there is some kind of conspiracy going on with this company. How a national flag carrier can be this bad ??

      I’m scared to book with them. You had to be lucky to have your flight actually departing in the last year. And if the flight is cancelled, well… good luck with their customer service. I had a bad experience.

      I had some Finnair a year ago. Bought after the war started because „surely the stocks cannot sink even more“. Glad I finally sold them.

      Announce another round of layoffs, get a stock price boost and pay more money to execs. Pretty easy
