      RU tested a nuclear *powered* (like thermal nuclear rocket) missile a few days ago, and now a torpedo. Likely the tests don’t have a warhead, but it’s a very irresponsible return to cold war era nuclear stupidity – the engine itself is a fragile nuclear reactor.
