This should terrify everyone. ICE has becomed empowered to ignore direct court orders and it will only get worse.
Of course not. Deporting US citizens is *never* a mistake for ICE these days.
Do you have a problem with a troublesome employee, neighbour or husband? Well just pay the price and hand it to ICE. (We accept all major CC).

Whether or not his claim to US citizenship is true, a judge had ruled he could not be deported while he challenged his arrest and detention.
And they did it *anyway*.

This looks like a very desperate attempt to find someone, anyone they can label a „violent criminal illegal alien.“
Anything goes now. Not only have they illegally detained more than 170 U S Citizens, but now they are deporting them too.
As a semi-serious question, if you’re a US citizen and ICE deports you, do you still have to pay federal taxes?

I really want the pendulum to swing. I’d love to see all the sitting conservative justices, and the whole of republicans leadership sitting in brutal foreign prisons while they think hard about the crimes they’ve committed against the American people.
We’re already well into an “out of sight out of mind” situation.
They aren’t just deporting but are putting them in offshore prisons that are outside of the view of any journalists. We are going to find out that they are death camps or something close enough to it.
I assume the first thing to try would be to produce/request a passport and re-enter the country.

Why are we asking the DHS? This doesn’t fall under their jurisdiction. Ignore them.

That is not their call to decide who is an American Citizen. That is a matter for a Judge.
If only there was some PROCESS that everyone in the US was DUE that could determine using evidence whether he was a legal resident…

I just want to point this out. If there’s even a single instance in which we abduct these US citizens and traffic them to countries where they’re put to forced labor…
