    1. I’d love to see a cost benefit analysis on this.

      It’s a nice idea but not worth the cost.

      Much more necessary projects to do.

      It will require significant overhaul and no doubt the building of new bridges and crossings but given the alignment is already there a 5 year lead time is a complete piss take.

      That’s pretty ambitious considering this has not been officially proposed, nor is it part of current national policy (the NDP). Nice to see ambition from IR but I wouldn’t hold my breath
