A strong majority of Conservatives would not hold triggering an election against them, it’s about even for the Bloc, but the NDP and Greens would in fact hold triggering an election against the party.

Canadians don’t want a fall election. The Liberals should really start acting like the minority government they are and negotiate with the opposition.

The NDP could always abstain. The budget would still squeak by. Their “honour” would remain more or less intact. Otherwise, what are they going to do if an election is called? Campaign in a school bus and a Cessna 150? They don’t have two nickels to rub together.
